Service Content and Scope
KcVPN provides cross-border network acceleration and international route subscription services across 120+ countries / 220+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. During an active subscription, users can access client entry points, subscription details, route lists, and related usage guides through the user panel.
Actual connection performance depends on factors including the user’s location, access network, device configuration, target service status, and network congestion. The service provides selectable routes and connection capabilities; it does not guarantee access to any particular website, application, content region, or uninterrupted connection. Results may also change when a target service adjusts its access rules, content licenses, or technical interfaces.
Account and Subscription Use Rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must keep their login credentials secure and are responsible for subscription management, route usage, and order activity under their accounts. Accounts are for the account holder and devices they manage only. Selling, renting, or transferring subscriptions, or sharing login credentials or subscription details with unrelated third parties, is prohibited.
There is no limit on the number of devices that may be online at the same time, but this permission does not allow public distribution or commercial sharing. Traffic included with a monthly subscription resets monthly on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages remain valid until used and do not expire. When a subscription expires, traffic is depleted, or an order has not been paid, related service access may become temporarily unavailable. Restoration conditions are determined by the order and subscription status shown in the user panel.
Lawful Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and usage context, and independently confirm the legality of accessing international websites, using network services, and handling related content. KcVPN may not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of intellectual property, privacy, or other lawful rights, sending malicious traffic, conducting network attacks, abusing target services at scale, or disrupting the normal operation of routes or platforms.
Users must also comply with the terms of service of each website, application, and content platform they access. KcVPN provides network connectivity and route selection capabilities. It does not authorize content that users access, publish, transmit, or store, nor does it assume responsibility for obtaining content licenses, account eligibility, or regional usage rights on a user’s behalf.
Service Availability and Liability
KcVPN may maintain, adjust, replace, or retire routes based on operating conditions. Scheduled maintenance, network failures, upstream service changes, device compatibility issues, public network restrictions, and external events beyond reasonable control may cause connection interruptions, speed fluctuations, or temporary unavailability of certain features. During necessary maintenance, service entry points, routes, or the user panel may be adjusted briefly.
Users should keep their own backups of important materials and confirm that recovery is possible before changing system network settings. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not liable for indirect losses arising from user configuration errors, mishandled credentials, changes to third-party services, device failures, or events beyond KcVPN’s reasonable control. This does not affect liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Suspension and Termination
If a user violates these terms, uses the service unlawfully, resells a subscription, publicly shares credentials with third parties, maliciously consumes route resources, interferes with service operations, or harms other users’ normal access, KcVPN may restrict features, suspend the account, or terminate the service based on the severity of the impact. Some account permissions may be restricted in advance to investigate unusual usage.
Users may stop using the service and decide independently whether to continue their subscription. After a subscription expires, an account without renewed service access cannot use the corresponding routes. Account suspension or termination does not affect previously incurred order obligations, compliance duties, or provisions that should remain effective by their nature.
Terms Updates and Refund Guidance
KcVPN may update these terms when its service scope, route arrangements, user panel features, or applicable rules change. Updates will be published on this page, along with the “Last updated” date. Users should review the current terms before continuing to use the service. If a change materially affects account access permissions, an explanation will be provided through available in-site channels.
