Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy applies to the KcVPN website, user panel, and subscription services. It explains the data involved in account access, order processing, website visits, and network service operation, along with its purposes, retention, and available user controls.
Data we collect
KcVPN uses a minimal-data account setup. An account can be opened without an email address; a username and password are enough, so an email address is not required for registration. The system processes usernames, authentication credentials, login sessions, subscription status, used traffic, remaining traffic, and other account operation data to verify identity, deliver subscriptions, and display account status.
Placing an order creates records including the selected plan, amount due, payment method, order status, payment result, and transaction reference information. These records help confirm payments, deliver services, process refunds, reconcile accounts, and resolve order disputes. When users submit a support ticket, its text, attachments, and handling records are also retained to complete the request.
When the website is accessed, the server may process basic access data such as request time, pages visited, referring page, browser type, device type, and network address. This data supports website security, troubleshooting, capacity planning, and aggregated access statistics. It is not used to build a profile of users' visits to international websites.
Purposes and limits of use
Account data supports login verification, subscription delivery, traffic accounting, service notices, and support requests initiated by users. Order data supports transaction completion, payment-result identification, after-sales handling, and necessary financial recordkeeping. Website statistics help determine whether pages load correctly, identify unusual requests, and improve content structure.
KcVPN uses this data only as needed to provide subscription services, maintain security, complete transactions, and handle user requests. Internal access is assigned according to work needs; when an account issue requires investigation, only the records needed for that matter are accessed. If an optional feature requires additional data, the relevant page explains its purpose before submission.
No-logs policy and connection data
KcVPN does not record which websites users visit, or retain visited content, communications content, DNS queries, or destination history for reconstructing browsing activity. Subscription traffic is counted by total account usage, without recording specific destinations.
The network service does not create long-term connection activity profiles linked to accounts for later analysis. To keep routes operating, the system may process temporary technical information required to complete forwarding while a connection is active. Its use is limited to transmission, security protection, and immediate troubleshooting; it is deleted or de-identified once its operational purpose is complete.
When users voluntarily submit a connection issue in a support ticket, they may provide client error messages, diagnostic results, or the time range when the issue occurred. This information is used only for that ticket and is cleared under the data retention rules after handling and any necessary review are complete. Unrelated content can be covered before submission.
Cookies and local storage
The website and user panel use Cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language choices, interface preferences, security status, and necessary feature markers. Without this data, users may need to log in again or repeat related settings.
Access statistics may use first-party identifiers to distinguish consecutive page requests, generate aggregated results, and identify unusual traffic. Their use is limited to operating this site and statistical analysis. Users can clear Cookies and local storage through browser settings; after clearing them, saved login status and preferences will also expire.
Third-party payment processing
KcVPN supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payment steps are handled by the relevant payment service or blockchain network, whose operators receive the data required to complete the transaction under their own privacy rules. KcVPN typically receives the order status, transaction reference information, and reconciliation result, but does not directly receive complete credentials stored by the payment service.
When a payment page or wallet is controlled by a third party, its data processing is not replaced by this policy. Users should review the relevant service's privacy notice before paying. USDT transactions also create public transaction records according to the mechanism of the blockchain network used; that network determines their visibility and retention.
Retention, deletion, and policy updates
Account data is retained while the account is active and for as long as needed to provide subscription services. Order records are retained for transaction reconciliation, refund handling, dispute resolution, and applicable financial requirements. Access statistics are deleted, aggregated, or de-identified after security analysis and aggregation purposes are complete. Ticket data is cleared after the request and any necessary review are finished.
Users can sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket requesting deletion of their account and data directly associated with it. KcVPN will first verify identity, then delete removable data or unlink it from the account. Records still needed for open orders, refunds, disputes, security incidents, or legal obligations will be cleared under these rules after the relevant matter ends.
When this policy changes, the content and last-updated month on this page will be revised. Important changes involving data types, processing purposes, sharing scope, or user rights will also be explained through a notice in the user panel. Before continuing to use the service, users can review the updated terms and decide whether to keep their account.
